Community marketing is most prominent across social media and within ‘cult’ business sectors such as the craft beer industry.

The Community Marketing in Institutional Finance seminar will assess how the beer industry, a sector with similar products but different backgrounds to institutional finance, experiences and influences continual engagement amongst their existing client base.

What can the institutional investment sector learn from such examples, and how can these learnings be effectively implemented?

Together, we will dig deep into the craft beer industry comparisons and explore how several highly experienced institutional marketers are managing their client communications strategy. Our panel will examine how they use two-way communication with customers to develop feedback loops that effectively enable continual development of core ideas and messaging approaches.
