With the historically long period of low interest rates seeming to have no end in sight, an increasing number of institutional asset allocators are considering higher income earning investment areas. With strong and consistent returns shown in the high yield, multi-credit and emerging market fixed income sectors, asset allocators are faced with a growing array of choice. However, the same issues of appropriate manager selection, risk management plus the conundrum of in-house versus external management of fixed income investments remains a headache many asset owners are still to overcome.

The Investing in Fixed Income, Europe report will bring together those charged with investment selection to assess topics such as, developing a mid to long term allocation strategy, exploring higher returning fixed income areas, the balance between in-house and external management and a focus on new and emerging fixed income areas.
